I’m currently a Design Intern at Messiah Press, an in-house, on-campus printing press for Messiah University. I regularly contribute to projects ranging from logo concepts to t-shirts and large-format prints, further reinforcing my love for purposeful, well-crafted design.

Arts Invasion

As a part of my internship, I was tasked with logo + poster design for an upcoming on-campus art takeover where students will get to participate in plein air painting, pottery, musical concerts, dance troupe performance, and more. My solution was a lowercase, modern (yet playful) type treatment and an obscured legacy tree housing many of the different types of art-related activities that will be happening.

Unreasonable Hospitality

I developed options for an annually made t-shirt that’s given to all operations employees on campus. This year’s theme was Unreasonable Hospitality, mmeaning to go above and beyond for someone. I utilized threshold and bitmapping as well as a custom typeface to bring something fresh to the table.

Messiah Mile

Logo conceptualization, t-shirt + poster design for an upcoming one mile running event happening on campus at Messiah University. This concept utilizes the positioning of the figure’s legs to mimic letters in the word mile.
